- Clean the mains water line strainer/filter
- Check the pressure reducing valve
- Test the pressure/temperature relief valve operation
- Check/re-pressurise the expansion vessel
- Check/reset cylinder thermostat operation
- Test/record hot water flow rate and water temperature at nearest and farthest outlets
- Certify your service record to maintain the warranty

- Faulty immersion heater, preventing the water from getting hot
