OPEN PRICING POLICY 1 January 2024
	We pride ourselves on having an open pricing policy and charge according to the time actually taken to perform a job. We do not make a call-out charge, but there is a minimum charge of 1 hour's labour for work. If the job takes less than 1 hour the minimum charge applies, plus materials and VAT. If the job takes more than 1 hour you pay only for the time taken (in 30 minute intervals), plus materials and VAT. In normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 6.00am-6.00pm) we charge £100 per hour plus VAT (£120.00 per hour inc VAT), plus materials.		The only exception is for pre-booked jobs specified in our fixed pricing schedule below, or if we give a written estimate for work (and provided that the actual job doesn't change from the specification on the estimate in either time or materials). The hourly rates below include VAT but exclude the cost of materials. Time charged for jobs will include any time to travel to suppliers for materials.

	FIXED PRICING We can help you budget for plumbing work with fixed prices and written estimates. For some regular plumbing jobs we have fixed prices as we know how long it will typically take to complete the work and the materials we will need. Not only that, but we always have special deals available on seasonal jobs to help you out, such as boiler changes and bathroom refurbishment so keep watching our offer pages. Take a look at our fixed prices on the table opposite. Prices are for work on Monday-Friday, 6.00am-6.00pm and exclude the cost of materials/parts. The charges include VAT but exclude the cost of materials/parts.
